    What is your role at UPHS – Marquette? I am a charge recon specialist, but I also manage the inventory for the Cardiac Cath Lab at UP Health System – Marquette. What was your inspiration for getting into healthcare? I started working for Manpower in the Admitting Department in 2002 and really enjoyed working at the hospital. What’s a typical day like for you? What is it like working in this field? A typical day for me is very busy. I start early in the morning, making sure all of the cath labs are ready to go. Then I focus on inventory and making sure we have all of the supplies needed for our cases. Lastly, I go through patient charts for the charge recon portion of my job.
