UP Health System hospitals and clinics offer patients free, secure access to their medical information online. See below to access the patient portal account based on the care you are receiving.
Clinic Portal (Athena) | UP Medical Group
The Athena patient portals will connect you with your UP Medical Group provider(s) that you see in the outpatient clinic setting. Patients can securely message a provider, refill their prescription, or request their next appointment from the portal. Hospital Portal (Cerner) | MARQUETTE
Our patient portal, Cerner, will allow you access to information about your care as a hospital patient, including inpatient stays, surgeries, emergency services, imaging and laboratory services.
PLEASE NOTE: Patients cannot schedule or message their provider through the hospital portal. This portal only allows patients to access and view their information.

Once registered, you can either view your health records online via the portal link or download the HealtheLife app from the App Store or Google Play. When you are prompted to search for an organization, choose My HealthPoint.

Patients who did NOT register online for the previous patient portal and wish to obtain hospital records will need to request hard copies from our Medical Records department online at:
- UPHealthSystem.com/Medical-Records — from the hospital website, you can download and print a form to request your records.
