MARQUETTE, Mich. (Sept. 10, 2025) — UP Health System – Marquette (UPHS – Marquette) welcomes back Michael Duckwall, a nurse practitioner specializing in internal medicine with a focus on endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism, to UP Medical Group – Medical Specialists.

Duckwall provides care for a range of endocrine disorders, including diabetes and thyroid disease. He works closely with patients to create individualized treatment plans that support long-term health and wellness.

He earned master’s and bachelor’s degrees in nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University and a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from Northern Michigan University. He is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners.
