Angela Luskin
Angela has a B.S. in Health Fitness and Prevention and Rehabilitation from Central Michigan University along with an M.S. in Biology with a concentration in Exercise Science from Michigan Technological University. She loves teaching group exercise classes and motivating others to be active in fun environments. Angela has the following certifications:
- Certified Spinning instructor
- American Council on Exercise (ACE) - Group Exercise Instructor
Marissa Barton
Marissa has been passionate about group exercise since she started attending at the age of 15. She enjoys the atmosphere and challenge an exercise class brings. Bringing the challenge to the next level, Marissa joined and served in the Marines for four years. Taking what she learned in attending group classes and the Marines, she decided to take the next step and become a certified instructor in 2019. Marissa enjoys staying active outdoors and spending time with family and friends when not teaching. She has the following certifications:

Marie Bonenfant
Marie has a bachelor of arts in Psychology and is a certified SHiNE Dance Fitness and UPLIFT instructor. Marie has a passion for health and fitness and loves being able to share that passion with others. She has a strong belief that fitness is for everyone and strives to create a welcoming space for all levels. When not teaching, Marie enjoys spending time and being active with her two kids.

Doug Hodges
Doug has a B.S. in Physical Education and Social Studies from Northern Michigan University. He has taught Physical Education in the Public School System for nearly 20 years. He has over 20 years of coaching experience in High School Sports which include football, basketball, track, and powerlifting. Doug has been involved in physical fitness activities all his life and has trained for and participated in local events such as the Canal Run and Cooperman Triathlon. He currently has membership in the NPC and competes in bodybuilding competitions in the Men's Physique and Classic Physique divisions. Doug has the following certification:
- National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) – Personal Trainer
Susan Rosemurgy
Susan has been an exercise professional for years. Along with the above certifications, she's also completed training in posture analysis and breast cancer recovery exercises. She has extensive experience working with individuals with chronic conditions and functional training for the more mature client. Susan's goal is to keep clients strong, active, and healthy at any age. She has the following certifications:
- National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA) – Personal Trainer
- American Council on Exercise (ACE) – Personal Trainer
- Certified Yoga Instructor
- Certified Spinning Instructor
Laurie Smith
Laurie has been a certified spinning instructor for 13 yrs. Laurie has trained others to run their first 5k to a full marathon. Also passionate about triathlons, Laurie has helped others to finish a sprint to a 1/2 Ironman triathlon. Laurie has been married for 28yrs and has 4 children. Practicing what she preaches, Laurie has finished several marathons including Boston and 2 full Ironman triathlons. Laurie's motto: "If I can do it. YOU can do it!
