Daniel Shonnard, PA-C

Daniel Shonnard, PA-C, is a physician assistant specializing in cardiology. He provides care for patients with a wide range of heart and vascular conditions, working collaboratively with physicians to deliver comprehensive cardiovascular care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

A native of Chassell, Michigan, Daniel earned his Bachelor of Science in neuroscience from the University of Michigan and his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Concordia University Ann Arbor. He previously practiced at Trinity Health Michigan Heart, where he cared for patients with complex cardiovascular conditions.

Daniel is passionate about helping patients improve their heart health and is proud to return to the Upper Peninsula to serve the community he has always called home.

Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, skiing, bicycling and exploring ancient and medieval history.
