Frederic Joyce, MD

Dr. Fredric Joyce is a cardiothoracic surgeon at UP Health System - Marquette, specializing in coronary artery bypass grafting, surgical and transcatheter aortic valve replacement (SAVR and TAVR), mitral valve repair and replacement and surgery for ascending aorta aneurysm and atrial fibrillation. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Aarhus University in Aarhus, Denmark and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rochester. Dr. Joyce is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and helping patients overcome complex heart conditions through advanced surgical techniques. Outside of work, he enjoys sailing, skiing and mountain and road biking as well as entrepreneurship.
