Allison Blaksmith, PA-C

Allison Blaksmith, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in orthopaedic surgery.

She earned a Master of Science in physician assistant studies from Central Michigan University and holds a Bachelor of Science in biology. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Her clinical interests include bone health and osteoporosis, fracture treatment including casting and splinting, joint injections and aspirations for the hip, knee and shoulder, suturing, wound care, and general orthopaedic and sports medicine concerns. “I am privileged to aid people going through traumatic events, typically fractures, and help them recover their independent lives,” Blaksmith said.

Blaksmith lives in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and values the region’s natural beauty and close-knit community.

“Everyone seems to know everyone and is so kind,” she said. “I’m grateful to be raising my family here.”

She is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to those in the community she calls home.
